HOW TO CANCEL
We would be sorry to see you leave but understand there are numerous reasons as to why this may be. Do let us know if there is anything at all we can do to help. If you would like to cancel however you must make this request in writing by emailing us or calling our office. If via email we will need your: Child’s name, class they attend and reason for cancelling,

Please note that we do require 30 days notice to cancel from the date of initial contact to our office. This may result in another payment being inside of this notice period. Unfortunately you will not be able to cancel through contact of your coaches it must be done by contactting the office.
